About videos in Flash format
The Flash videos are a streaming
format, but they may take a while to download (the largest
is around 15Mb) depending on your connection speed. This
can lead to pauses in your viewing while the file is buffered.
To avoid this, you can wait for
the entire video to download before playing by simply
pressing Pause or Stop on the playback controls. The video
will continue to download (the playback bar will fill
with black from left to right as it does so), and you
can then play it once fully downloaded.
It is not possible to save the Flash
files as part of the web pages. If you want to keep a
copy of these videos on your hard drive, then zip files
are provided via a link on each page. These files contain
the Flash file as well as the web page and will enable
you to watch the videos at your convenience!
